What an amazing 2024 Holiday Market! It was so bus

What an amazing 2024 Holiday Market! It was so busy!!

Staff wasn’t able to film much as they were so busy running around making sure the day goes perfect, but this is what they could get!!

We had 40+ LFM vendors, San Dee Claus, a FREE gift wrapping station, and plenty of entertainment groups!! Staff even included a clip of the Lawrence High School Chorale, who were amazing!!

A big thank you to all of our entertainment groups, volunteers, customers and MOST importantly the VENDORS!! The vendors make the Holiday Market!

Thank you to everyone that came out to support! We’ll see you next season!

Everything we have to offer you in our Winter Wonderland!

We’ll have live entertainment groups, a gift wrapping station and a kids activity! Our kids activity will be to make a stained glass snowflake! Special thank you to Limestone Community School!

New this year: A gift wrapping station! We are a one stop shop for all your holiday gift needs! Thank you so much to the Girl Scout troops and the Junior Thespians!

We also wanted to give a special shout-out to our sponsors of the Holiday Market! A few of them will also have informational tables, be sure to stop by and say hi!

Did you know Lawrence Farmers Market has a Community Endowment Fund with Douglas County Community Foundation?

Starting TODAY our Giving for Good Campaign kicks off! This year we are raising funds for our Double Up Protein Bucks nutrition incentive program and this campaign can INCREASE your impact! We started this token program this year to help SNAP customers increase access to local meats, eggs, cheese, milk, and plant proteins while also supporting our local family farmers!
With the price of necessities like eggs and meat skyrocketing, this token program helped over 200 customers and gave 20 of our vendors extra income to help feed livestock, pay ever-increasing processing fees, and recover from heat-induced stress on animals.

Our nonprofit farmers' market's mission is to increase access to local food for everyone in our community. With your help this month, we can raise enough money to have this token matching program for our whole season and sustain our local small family farms.

Today through December 31st, DCCF will match your gift 50%! Please consider donating to Lawrence Farmers Market today and help sustain our Double Up Protein Bucks program.
